The Police prosecutor, Sgt. Adeoye Adesegun, told the court that the accused conspired with her husband, Joshua, who is still at large, to commit the offences. “Kemi unlawfully received two female pigs valued at N100, 000, property of one Omokaro Ilesanmi, which she knew to have been stolen or unlawfully obtained,’’  Adesegun said. The prosecutor alleged that the accused person committed the offences on May 21, 2017 at about 12:30 a.m. at Odopo Quarters, Ijoka, Akure. According to him, the offences are contrary to and punishable under Sections 516 and 247 of the Criminal Code, Cap 37, Vol.1, Laws of Ondo State of Nigeria, 2006.
