Robyn Beck / AFP “Twin Peaks,” the quirky TV show turned cult classic that gave way to a new age of television, makes its hotly anticipated return Sunday, nearly three decades after its debut. Little has emerged about the third season’s 18 episodes, the first of which will air Sunday evening on the cable network Showtime, which took the series over from ABC, home of the first two seasons. NASS: An exemplary legislative practice

http://ift.tt/eA8V8J Legislatures all over the world are usually the butt of criticisms and jokes, and Nigerian parliaments are no different. Despite the fact that our Senate and House of Representatives (the National Assembly, NASS) tower above their state counterparts in the core constitutional functions of legislation, appropriation, and oversight, it is still mired in a withering image problem due mainly to the lack of transparency in its internal financial affairs. That is part of what is making the PMS market in Nigeria stable today. We believe that the set target of exiting PMS importation in 2019 is achievable,” he stated. He maintained that because the rehabilitation of the refineries has been hampered by lack of regular Turn Around Maintenance (T...
