http://ift.tt/eA8V8J By Ochereome Nnanna WHEN the Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt on 17th February 2017 affirmed Senator Ali Nmodu Sheriff as the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party ,PDP, and its Senator Ahmed Makarfi National Caretaker Committee counterpart took its grievance to the Supreme Court, the expectation was that the apex court would expeditiously decide which faction is the legally valid PDP. It is coming to three months and the case has just been adjourned until 25th May 2017 by the Justice Dattijo Mohammed Supreme Court panel hearing the case.
