Navy provides medicare in Delta community

http://ift.tt/eA8V8J By Gab Ejuwa Oghara—The Nigerian Naval Logistics Command Headquarters, Oghara, Delta State, in exercise of its social responsibility to its host community, deployed its medical team to treat indigenes of the area for malaria, de-worming of children, laboratory tests and distribution of mosquito nets to people of the community. According to the Flag Officer Commanding, Rear Admiral Belgory Ibe-Enwo, “The exercise is to further strengthen the harmonious and amicable relationship between the military and the civilians in the community. “The programme provides free medical tests and care for the rural people and it is not the first by the Nigerian Navy. Lagos reclaims land to boost housing, tourism — Government

Commissioner for Waterfront Infrastructure Development, Adebowale Akinsanya, an engineer, who disclosed this at the 2017 Annual Ministerial Press Briefing of the Ministry, in commemoration of the second year anniversary of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, said that some of the Island projects include, Orange, Diamond, Gracefield Island by Phoenix and Eko Atlantic City, among others.
