Joel admitted to checking into the hotel with the woman before her sudden death, saying he rushed the deceased to a nearby hospital, where the doctors confirmed her dead. Enugu State Police Public Relations Officer, Ebere Amaraizu, who made the disclosure, said Joel narrated that both of them had checked into the hotel located around NOWAS, Trans-Ekulu Junction and shortly after taking some drinks, the lady became unconscious. Amaraizu reported that the man admitted rushing the deceased to a nearby hospital, where the doctors confirmed Ifeyinwa dead. Senior Executive Director at the Foundation, Ameena Indimi, said at the presentation ceremony that the organisation was also planning to build houses and a hospital for the displaced persons, as well as establish a 2,000-hectare farm to cater for their use. This is the second visit by the Foundation to Maiduguri to provide relief to persons recovering from Boko Haram conflict. Ameena Indimi said: “After assessing the people’s needs in 2016, we moved immediately to support the social and economic reintegration that Governor Kashim She-ttima has been working hard to achieve in Borno. “That year, about 10,000 persons received packets of food items and cash. Therefore, in our meditation today, we are going to see how Jesus used saliva to give sight to the blind. In the Bible, we have three instances, where Jesus was said to have healed with saliva, (see Mark 7:33, 8:23 and John 9:6). Naturally, it does not make sense; yet, Jesus used it to restore sight. However, some schools of thought have come up with possible reasons why Jesus used saliva to heal. Vanguard survey reveals that the parallel market exchange rate which had been stable at N385 per dollar since last week yesterday dropped to N375 per dollar, due to inflow from CBN dollar sale to bureaux de change.
